I had a breast augmentation in summer 2012 and I originally had one size A boob and one size B (roughly anyway because I dont think an A cup even fitted my smaller boob!) and I wanted my BA to make my boobs the same. I had my surgery done by Mr Traynor and he gave me same size implants. Now they are still totally different sizes and one is lower than the other and I really really dont like them. I did go back to him and he said my result was basically the best I could get. He tried to say that the difference is because my ribcage is uneven, which it is, but if I lean forward I can see that my left breast is FAR bigger than the right one. I still cant wear bras as they obviously dont fit and I still feel the same unhappiness with my chest, only now the problems are bigger ones!!
I’m going for a second opinion with a BAAPS registered surgeon in a few days time and I’m keen to see what he has to say about the problem.
I basically wondered if anyone has had revision surgery for this kind of problem and what did you have to do to get it? I know I will have a fight on my hands I can just see that happening and I’m fully prepared to press on until I receive revision surgery. Thanks in advance for any replies!x
