BA in April? How's everyone doing???

Had my BA April 2nd. I have holes that are still bleeding. I’ve put on a crap load of weight and have cellulite because im not allowed to exercise. but its fine. The nurse says ‘im healing’…

I had my ba in April and love them its like theyv always been there. I love the top in ur pic, wheres that from?

I got an infection at 4 weeks. 2 hole sin 1 boob and one big hole n the other. Infection went at 7 weeks but still got the holes. The nurse just keeps telling me im healing. Shes lying. She has to be. I saw my surgeon last week and he told me i wasnt!!! He said i had blood vessels that weren’t healing whihc is why when i change my dressing i bleed all over myself. Seriously. So much blood!!! Its like a murder scene on my bathroom floor. Boobs look pretty amazing thought. The insisions have heeled great. I had an uplift too so there are more scars but they look good. Apart from the holes lol

Yh me too! I’m exactly the same, in total love with them n defo like they’ve always been there! Wish I’d dine it years ago lol!
So nice wearing a proper bra tho hey? Was weird at first but loving it now. I’m still wearing a sports bra at night tho, are u? Xx

Sorry to hear about that. It. It’s be frustrating?! Prob ask to see a different nurse or just consult with the surgeon as he knows what he’s talking about and u probably feel more assured!
I’m glad that despite your infection your loving them so that’s good. Hopefully not long now before it all clears up. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for u babe xxx

Woah Sian hope your healing gets better quickly that must be annoying going to see mya every 3 days.

Alice I had mine 21st April and seem to be healing fine no pain anymore and can do everything I could do which is good

Im not wearing sports bra at night.

Hi Alice, I had my ba at the end of April and I’m very happy with the results in terms of the size and fact that I can fill out my clothes now plus wear a proper bra! Lol plus asymmetry I had beforehand seems to have sorted itself out quite a bit too. Thankfully had quite a good recovery pain and healing wise so that’s a bonus. I’m like you though at around 8.5 weeks post op now and still wearing my sports bra in the house. Yours look fab! How’s your recovery been?

Sorry to hear about your recovery sian :-/ hope it gets sorted soon…not sure why the nurse kept saying your healing :-s consistently leaking blood should raise alarm bells.

Hey Zena,
I know exactly what you mean about being able to fill out your clothes. Some of my clothes I’ve filled out abit too much lol one of my fave dresses that I can’t wear anyone.
I also had quite a good recovery and am doing well still. Sometimes the nipples are abit sensitive lol but other than that they feel totally normal, like they’ve always been there, if you know what I mean. Xxx
