BA instead of uplift and implants

I was advised to get an uplift and implants by my PC as this would create the best end result.. I am meeting with surgeon today to discuss and hopefully book surgery. Has anyone been advised to have uplift and implants but gone ahead with just BA. I will attach photo of my breasts and any comments/advice on what you guys would recommend would be great – if anyone has had same type breasts and has before and after it would be great to see what I am likely to achieve!!

Yes I was advised the same but was a bit disappointed to find I needed an uplift. I had a second consultation with dr mounir and he asked why I was back as I assured him an uplift was not what I wanted as I’m still young(ish!!). He asked to see my breasts again and said I would get away with a Ba but would have to have a bigger implant 450-550.
I may need an uplift in the future but I’m willing to risk it if that day comes.
Quite a few girls on here were in the same position and their outcome was great.
I did a thread about this last week and some of the girls were lovely enough to show me their before and after. It totally confirmed for me just a BA is what I want and having it done next Monday so can update you with pics no problem Hun xx

hi chloe, im in exactly the same boat as you! i had a consultation at Transform & the surgeon told me id need an uplift and implants, but i really don’t want to have an uplift just want the implants so my friend recommended mya to me & i have my consultation today at 12:30!!! really nervous because if they tell me the same i will be gutted! xx

Hi I was in the same position as you and I’m 16 days post op with just a BA. It was really important to me to not have all of the scaring from and uplift and most importantly to be able to breastfeed in the future. I have lots of pictures on my profile and would highly recommend having a BA with a big implant high profile to fill the empty top boob. Here’s a couple of pictures. Feel free to add me! X

Morning Chloe! I have very similar stats to yourself and am also hoping for a BA without the need for a lift. If you haven’t done so already, I highly recommend you take a look at @aparren’s pictures. Amy’s results completely put my mind at rest! (I’ve requested to add you…hope you don’t mind.) I didn’t need and uplift and feel like I should of had one! My boobs don’t look as tight as other girls on here and I went to the biggest size offered. I would listen to your surgeon if I were you x

Afternoon ladies! i met with Dr marcellino today and he said definitely go with the uplift otherwise i will be back sooner than needed to have an uplift because they will just droop because i have excess skin from where i have lost so much weight. because i am not happy with my nipple size either he is going to make that smaller and the uplift will position them better, he is going to order 10 different size implants but has recommended 350cc-400cc overs… he is lovely and open to input! i have booked surgery for the 11th of july and have my health check tomorrow. i am so excited, although the scarring may be an issue to start with they fade and i suppose it is better than having to return sooner than expected or to be left disappointed.
