BA & small children..

Girls that have small children, my girls are 1 and 2 and I was just wondering how long until you were able to pick them up and get them dressed and things without feeling too uncomfortable. I ask because I need to know how long my mum will need to take off of work to help me xxx

I have two boys aged 1 and 3 my mums currently off helping me for 2 weeks but then after that I have to care for them alone but I’m going to be extra careful when lifting them. You pretty much just have to find other ways to do things lol x

I have a two year old daughter. I am 8 days PO and have been with her by myself since day 5 as my partner had to go back to work. Luckily she doesn’t need lifted much and I so try to avoid it but I have no problem getting her dressed changing her bum etc. I did have overs so I don’t know if that’s helped because recovery is quicker xx
