Just wondering do I have to sleep up straight.. Didn’t actually ask and I can’t remember.
If i do why is this because laying down feels better and doesn’t make me dizzy?
    Thanks xx

Hi Ellie. How did it go for you today? Were you the girl with the long blonde hair? I saw you in the waiting room. I asked the nurse that question – she said that I need to be propped up but not totally straight up. In the room I had my bed up at about 45 degrees and she said that was fine.

Ah ok! Yes i remember you too! 🙂 Did you have Mr Singh? I’m all strapped up too but I reckon I’m going to be really pleased with the result – fingers crossed! I’m in a little discomfort when I move but otherwise I feel pretty good.

heyy you have to sleep up right for at least a week unless your nurse says any different at your one week post opp check and its because it meant to help with swelling xx
