BA with Dr Chantarasak v soon- from A/ B to C/D, "natural" look

Hi everyone!

I’m new to the board, so hello! *waves* I’ve had my initial consultation and am now counting down the days to 22nd November when I have my surgeon consultation for a BA. I asked for Dr Chantarasak because my online research suggests he is the best for the natural look with minimal scarring. I am currently a 34A/B and want to come out as a C/D, but it’s crucial to me that it looks as naturally as is humanly possible. I am considering asking for an intra-aureolar incision so there will be no under-boob scarring whatsoever. I love Dita Von Teese’s boobs and contacted her surgeon in LA, who said he did it with this kind of incision as the scar tissue vanishes into the aureolar area around your nipples, and he placed the implants over the muscle.

I have a ton of questions to ask you more experienced ladies!

1. Does anyone who used Dr Chantarasak have any before and after pictures I could see?
2. Has anyone heard anything negative about his work? (Please pm me if so.)
3. Has anyone had a BA via intra-aureolar incisions, with any surgeon? What was your experience, and thoughts on it?
4. When it comes to how the final product will look, does it make any difference whether I get CUIs or Naturelles? I’m assuming that more expensive = better but want to be sure (I’ll ask Dr Chantarasak all this as well).

No way!! Mine’s at the Fenchurch clinic at 10.45am. Maybe I’ll see you there!! let’s both keep an eye on this thread and see if we can get any more info 🙂 What sort of thing are you after?

These are my stats:

* 5’6
* 8 stone 1 (been told I have to gain half a stone by the end of the month or can’t have the surgery, boo. They need a minimum BMI of 19 for some reason, will ask. Currently working out more to build up muscle weight and scoffing loads of complex carbs and good fats!)
* 34A (measuring 33″ around the fullest point of my bust)
* 33-25-36.5

FI will be having him on 21st November hun!

Amy I must be straight after you Because mine is 11:30 at fenchurch I want natural as well that’s why I went with him but I still want at least a dd cup but I’m 34a 5,5 I’m 9stone 3lbs also I’ve heard he’s known for his incisions there ment to be amazing xx

I had mr C in summer from an A to a D/DD and the woman who fitted y bras said I had the most natural looking fake boobs she had ever seen xx

What size did you have and was you over or under xx

Ashlee he can do the fake look too lol, he’s not constrained to natural.
I had 300cc Overs as the implants were too big to go under, I had Natrelle implants as they give the more natural look and have a lower % change of them damaging.

Ah, the Naturelles give a more natural look, do they? My patient co-ordinator didn’t mention that. I will ask Dr C about it of course, but if they look more natural then I’m sold! Definitely worth the extra $$$ 🙂

Speaking of natural, did you have soft or responsive implants, Francesca? I figured the responsives might look/ feel more “real”, as they are softer, and real boobs are squishy??

I have responsive ones, the “soft” ones are still soft but don’t move as much as responsive ones. mine are very very natural feeling (I’ve had all my male flatmates have a feel and they agree haha).
One of my bras makes the look very fake but its a VS push in and up one and because my implants are over the muscle its the outline of the implant you can see but I wanted one like that, in normal bras they look real. Will upload a picture in a bit and show you it
