I have a 3 year old .. it’s Quite difficult the first few weeks as you can’t pick them up ect but if you have people to help you and your little ones can get in/out of bed it’s not too bad!
I didn’t find recovery painful (I had overs though) Xx

I have a 1 year old and a nearly 2 year old. I was really lucky as my partner works from home and was able to pick up the kids whenever I needed him too. I would say the first two weeks are you he hardest and I didn’t even attempt picking my children up. I’m now nearly 5wpo and and completely back to normal picking the kids up and doing everything as I would have done and have been for the last week or so. I didn’t really suffer with much pain at all (I had partials) but I just didn’t want to risk damaging the implant pockets or ripping stitches. Definitely try and have someone with you for the first week after but your children are a little bit older than mine so I don’t imagine you will need to do as much lifting as I had to with mine so I’m sure you will be absolutely fine Hun xx

Thanks girls, it’s the lifting them in and out of the car that worries me but thought I could get a little step for them to climb into their own seats then I don’t need to lift them. Good to hear it’s doable with little ones bough 🙂

Hi babe. I did, I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old. I think the first 2 weeks are the hardest. My in laws took my kids to the apartment in Spain for 10 days and I still struggled when they came back. My son is so high maintainable it was hard work lifting him up 24/7. It definately changed around 2 weeks post op though I felt loads better. It’s definately do able though if you have a bit of help xxx
