Back and chest pain

Anyone suffered from back and chest pains after surgery I’m 9 days post op and I ache so bad… had to make my bra more lose as I’m aching that much! X

I suffered a lot! Actually still is not perfect but much better… Change of a bra helped me quite a lot with my back pain… I started with M&S which was making me hunched and was irritating my back blades and then I ordered an Amazon one and was much better. Chest pains still there but went down rapidly in last two days, only tightness is there. I had 375cc unders, 12 ago

I’ve just changed from my M&S to the Asda plum sports bra and started my pin relief again… so fingers crossed it starts to ease … I’m rubbish with that sort of aching pain x
