Back pain

Hello

I had my op yesterday on the 17th. I love my boobs and can cope with the paid but just not the back pain! Has anyone got any advice for sleeping? I have a pregnancy pillow and I am sleeping up right but this morning I woke up in a lot of pain with my back

How many pillows do you have? I had 7! I often found I had to sleep on the sofa instead as it was softer for up right sleeping, more than my bed was. I’m now 18DPO and down to 5 pillows ????????

Put a big pillow under your knees so they’re fairly bent, worked amazing for me and helped me sleep too xx

I have 4 normal pillows and then my pregnancy pillow!! I will try sleeping on the couch tonight thank you Jo! Xxx

And I tried that last night but it didn’t help that much only a little bit thank you Heidi xxx
