Back pain tips?

Hey ladies so I’m 4 days post op, im wondering if there is anyone who can offer advice on the lower back ache you get from sleeping on an angle? I’ve got the pillows down to a tee but my back and bum are soo sore 😩 I’ve thought of having a bath but I dont think if get back out of it 🤔 😅 any advice or tips for comfort imwould br great 😘
