Back to normal!?

Hi girls, I had my op on Friday just gone with mr mounir at Preston. It went so smoothly and the pain afterwards was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Today though iv woken up and can barely move my arms or get comfortable no matter how I sit, it is driving me mad!!! How long until you start to feel a bit more mobile again? I just want to feel normal!! Xx

The first few days are the worst hun once ur passed that u will be fine onwards and upwards.. i found being propped up with loads of cushions on the sofa was the best and i put a duvet under me so my butt didnt get sore lol x

Thanks babe, I think I had it too easy yesterday, I wasn’t ready for this!! My bum is killing and my back ha ha, they don’t warn you about this stuff xx

It will be because the anaesthetic and that has left ur system its like bump back to reality.. hang in there u will start feeling better in the next few days.. n yea they dont warn us but they should really i’d of built my cushion castle sooner haha x

How did you find Mr Mounir hun? Have a consultation with him this week x

Day 3 was the worst for me! I even cried ha. Then it slowly got better each day. 1 week post op you’ll be pretty much back to normal. Hope you feel better soon x

Emma Mr Mounir is absolutely amazing, I can’t fault him. The staff at Preston hospital were so good too, everyone was so kind and comforting. I wouldn’t change a thing about my day. Defo go and see him Hun, you won’t regret it! Xx
