Just wondering how long everyone took off work for their recovery? I’ve booked 2 atm, any advise appreciated x

I was off at 10 days but I could’ve been back within a week. I’m an accounts assistant so office based which was easy to get back into xx

Oh that’s good! Did you have unders or overs? I’m office based but I do have to drive and do viewings on properties when they’re ready as I’m a relet officer, ideally I only want to take a week but don’t want to cause injury x

I had unders. I was driving again within 7 days but I tried to not over do it! It’s a bit weird trying to go into 5th gear and I still can’t get into reverse with one hand almost 3 weeks later lol x

Oh god help me hahaha, think if I’m okay driving after a week I might go back a bit earlier and just take it easy and mind me asking what size you had/ are now xx

Definitely see how you go! You might be fine a lot quicker than me lol. I would suggest trying to stay office based as much as you can and only driving when necessary!
I had 350 unders and am currently measuring a 32C because my muscle is still holding onto my implant for dear life lol xx

Im 10 days post op and still suffering quite a bit but my swelling was crazy, i saw a huge reduction in pain levels when i woke this morning compared to the last 9 days so im sure thats me on my way back to fit now, theres no way i could drive though, i had unders and the largest implant offered so to be expected i suppose, my friend had overs and took a week off but was doing short car trips after 3 days! It’s impossible to know beforehand how your going to be but i would say overs 1 week off unders allow up to 2 weeks x

Thanks guy, think I’ll keep my 2 weeks booked just in case and see how I go? I can always go back early or even see if I can work from home? I’ve asked to have the biggest offered to me too! Am I right in thinking with unders they get bigger once they’ve dropped and fluffed? Glad your pain has eased off now xxx

Yeah definitely! It’s always easier to go back earlier than ask to be off longer..
It’s also true they fill out a lot more as time goes on. The muscle restricts them for a while which makes them look a lot smaller xx

I thought as much, I did that rice test the other day haha if they end up close to what they were like I’ll be happy haha xx
