Hi ladies, had my op at 11:30am yesturday and I’m really suffering with a bad back! I’ve been taking all my pain relief on time but it don’t seem to go. And when I’m laying in bed I can’t even sit up on my own! I’m guessing this is normal? Xxx
Woo congrats! Totally normal my back killed for 3 weeks, I was walking like I pooped myself I couldn’t even open a door let alone sit up by myself try a hot water bottle that helped and someone to gentle rub you’re back xxx
