bad scar 2 weeks post op

Hey, I’m two weeks post op and one of my incisions is healing fine, thin scar in a neat line. However, my left incision is about 4 inches and a really untidy thick white scar it’s visible to look at as it’s not in the crease. I’m not sure if when they drop more it will be hidden. I’m really worried as I’ve paid a lot of money and the scar looks awful 🙁
Just wondering if anyone else had this and if it went away/ how long it took to go?

Hey chick I was told of breast cancer surgeon that your scarring will be lumpy above the skin and inside the trick is to get E45 cream and with two fingers rub quite firmly in small circler moments along the scaring to smooth out the scaring inside and out this work treat chick if u keep doing it I had full uplift and worked for me xx

He told me soon as the sabs where coming off he was anuite breast cancer surgeon and he takes breast off and rebuilds them my scarring has been fab with that tip x
