Bandages off tomorrow!

Does anything about this hurt?

My stitches are dissolvable but the ends have to be trimmed.
Can’t wait to see how they are healing but scared it will be uncomfortable

Any tips? Xx

I found it just an odd sensation not painful. It felt like they would fall off when they took the first half off as I guess I wasn’t used to the sensation of them being separated and not supported by the tape. You’ll be fine don’t worry about it xx

Hi kerrie, I had dressings changed at a week not too bad except my dressing on the left one was stuck to my stitches hurt a little bit xxxsmaller ones put on then could have a shower though as they were water proof back a week after that for stitches trimmed last Tuesday which is a five minute job does not hurt at all xx then not back til 3 rd June which will be my six week check !!!!!
