Beauty therapist time off?

Hi everyone =)
Was hoping there’s another beauty therapist on here who could tell me how much time they needed off and how long till they could massage? I’m self employed so need to be back working ASAP really! I’m having unders so if anyone else had these could let me know be a great help.. Thankyou ?
