Been meassured

Finally got round to getting meassured last night at boux avenue, 34E/F depending on the bra, i tried 34F first an the woman said it looked to be a good fit but then brought a 34E an i could get it on but had double boob abit, but she says that because iv had implants they will go down abit more an 34E would be fine?? I hope they arnt going to go down! Anyway she said this 34E bra would offer more support and give better cleavarge with it been a really snug fit so i got 34E but cant help but think i should of got the 34F?? Will attatch a picture, what do you think of the fit?? Xx

Thankyou 🙂 im only going to get a couple of bras incase my size changes, still hoping they get abit bigger lol i know in photos they look quite big but in person they arnt big, just look an average size x

They looks awesome!!! Don get that in your head E or F size coz every brand would fit differrent the most how you feel with this gorgeous twins and remind yourself what was before 😉 enjoy them coz they are looking hot!!!! X

They look great. I think bravissimo are the best at fitting though so maybe try them?

Have you tried the ‘boob or bust’ method? You look more a 30/32 back to me. The old plus 4 method is very outdated x

Thankyou everyone 😀 yeah i did try BoB an that said 32G then when i meaasured again an did the tight meassurment really tight it said 30GG but when i got meassured they had me breathing in an holding then breathing out an holding did that a couple of times an took measurment from that. Then they never meassure my overbust at all they just went an brought bras then, but to be honest the 34 band was tight getting on so im not sure if its just small in size or what but i couldnt of got in a 32 in this bra i dont think.

I was like that Mae but like you say it makes such a difference being in a proper bra so it makes you feel better anyway although i still hope i fluff more lol xx

Hi Laura, boob or bust is brilliant l! It’s the best I’ve found for measuring.
They do say if you can get a tape round you at 32 then a 32 bra will fit as it’s stretchy and the tape is not. If it’s tight then the cup is too small. I would give your BOB size a try, I think you’ll be surprised. Join the Facebook group, I’ve learnt so much about how bras should fit haha!

Yeah i meassure 32 around my ribcage when just meassuring normallly if i do it tight i get 30… but i dont see how because i see myself as being broad although everyone says im not lol im on the facebook group an it is interesting! I can pull this one out so maybe it is abit loose but from what i have seen people usually say boux avenue are quite accurate. Unless i just got someone not so good? But then again my surgeon reccomended going up a back size all the time not just for swelling so a 34 would be right for what he suggested so not sure what to do. An thankyou! They look better in a bra than they do out of a bra lol I still have odd shaped boobies 🙁 xx

Hey they do look amazing Laura!! I would say you look a smaller back size too, maybe try your boob or bust 32G and I think you would be surprised it would fit and probably be more supportive! What size and placement did you have? I had my op on Monday with 450 hp overs and can’t wait for them to soften! Xx

Awh thankyou Amy 🙂 i had 400cc high profile unders from a 32c pre op i took the first size offered because in my mind i was just hoping to get offered 400cc because id seen so many go an get offered 300/350 so as soon as he said 400 i snapped it up but now i wish id of asked for 450 they definitely would of fit lol i saw a pic of yours they look amazing already. With overs they look so much better than unders at the beining its a real waiting game with unders. Yours will be a good size with 450s 🙂 jealous lol xx

The backwards band test does seem like its abit big in the band but feels tight on xx

This is what really confuses me because this is a size guide from amazon on a boux avenue bra. So as you can see from their size guide 32 inches doesnt equate a 32 band? So for me im 32inches firmly and 30 really tight but according to this id be in a 36 xx

I’ve just done BoB and also got a tight of 30 and snug of 32?? God it’s so confusing!!
Are you still getting a band higher like what you said dr kazazzi advised? Xx

Yeah its baffeling isnt it!! Well like i say im in a 34E so im miles out lol but at least its not too tight on the band like mr kazzazi said to do so not sure what to do now?? Tempted to try a 32g but think 30gg would just feel miles too tight on the band xx

Aww I thought they must of been 400+ as they look a good size 🙂 and nice cleveage too! I know what you mean about snapping them up, as you just want them done asap but I could have had 485 UHP but I honestly think they’d of looked too round for my liking! And there was only like a teaspoon difference! I’ve still got a lot of swelling so I feel like mine are still a uni-boob! 🙁 but I’ve got to be patient! Xx

Yeah they will change alot but you will see a big difference quite quickly with having overs. I had already told my surgeon i wanted unders before i even showed him my boobs i had plenty of tissue but for me personally i wanted unders because my mum and my auntie (mums sister) both had the most agressive form of breast cancer (tripple negative) that you can have so for me it was important to have unders so it was easier for mamagrams although i was warned it would still be harder to detect now i have implants but still easier than if i had overs. You will have a good size definitely but boob greed is real il tell you that for certain lol you get used to them an they dont seem big enough but you just have to remember what you started with xx

The one i have is underwired. He didnt say i had to stay away from underwire you could wear any bra you wanted he just advised that its not for all the time so to wear mainly non wired xx

Honestly I’d try your bob size, not every bra in that size will fit (you’ll have seen that from the group too) but it’ll be a good starting point! Most of your support comes from the band so it needs to be snug! I think when I did mine I was 31 and 33 so calculator told me 32. I’m only 5 weeks but I’ve bought one to try for the weekend, by then I’ll be closer to 6 weeks xxx

I got measured at Boyd avenue at 5wks post op 34F I’ve atill been wearing that size as it seems to fit (12weeks post op now) I’ve just measured myself on bob and come out a 30G :-/ so now unsure of my size xx
