Been taking Vit E op in 5 days!!!!

I’ve been taking vitiam E everyday for a month! My op is in 5 days and just been told on Instagram you’re not meant to take it 2 weeks before your op because it can cause bleeding!!! Has anyone been told this?????

I was told to stop taking my multi vitamins a month or at least two weeks before for that reason I’m sure you’ll be ok tho don’t panic too much x
