Before and afters literally 10 hours PO fixing major asymmetry

Okay so today was the day and in all honesty i wasn’t nervous at all, I knew no matter what the outcome that my surgeon would do his very best to make me feel as normal as i possibly can. Did not realise how much i have suffered due to my asymmetry until the process of my BA. I am now looking at swimming costumes! rather than maxi plunge bikinis that i will have to customise to hold my smaller boob in a place where it looks fuller. I am looking at strapless dresses!! (never left the house with no bra on i even have to wear a bra under padded sports bras at the gym as when i lie on mats my boobs slope down due to asymmetry.
I got there at 7am for a 7:30am admission time and at 7:31 i was taken to my room and got into gown etc, i shared a room but actually preferred this as girl i shared with was lovely was nice that i wasn’t alone going through this process. by around 8:30am i’d had all tests and stuff done and they told me i was second on the list. by this point my anethesist had been in and id told him I was terrified of the cannula and requested numbing cream. The nurse came in promptly to do pregnancy test and apply my numbing cream and i was thinking at this point i had an hour to get into the mindset of the surgery and prepare myself! next minute another nurse come rushing in saying change of plans I’m going down first and need to get upstairs asap!!! id only had my numbing cream on about 5 mins by time i got upstairs so was terrified it hadn’t worked but honestly didn’t feel a thing only the pipe in my vein which sounds gross but cause it didn’t hurt i quite liked it haha!!
within about a minute i’d gone and next thing woken in recovery!
afterwards felt next to no pain for about 5 hours and now 10 hours post op I’m feeling a little pain in my smaller boob that had the sizer and bigger implant however the one which only took 175cc is perfectly fine feel no pain whats so ever! honestly pain level is around 4 atm (and thats when i move) took no medication as of yet just what was given to me during surgery:)
here are my before and afters! sorry for the long paragraph but before my op i loved reading these as made me picture how the day might go!
I had 325cc in left and 1755 in right (sure thats the right way round)
they’re really high up atm and really swollen, i expected the one with the 175 to have a slight different shape ofc but i am exreemelly happy with them especially as my before boobs were SO BAD! imagine being an 18 year old and being so restricted because of them! never showed anyone my boobs before (Before ones) not even my bf of three years so i trust u girls xxx

I had overs with Dr Ginnas btw at london fitzroy amazing clinic with amazing staff

Aww this is the first person i have seen that has had mr giannas! I have him on the 24th of june and ive been lookkng to see someone thats had him! They look great!! I hope you upload more in the future xxx

@Jodie will deffo keep you updated he told me from the get go that they would never be symmetrical but he was going to do everything he could to achieve the best possible result, with his patients today which i think there were 5 of us, he did want to come round and see us all before we left and he’s such a lovely man too! i was apprehensive about him as he’s new to MYA but so glad he did my op as wasn’t set out for unrealistic expectations! I don’t know if he’ll continue to go by the fact he wants to visit patients before they are let go but after he had finished his final op he began coming round to us all straight away and didn’t keep us waiting, i left at 4pm and a girl next to me i beleive was leaving around an hour after and her admission was 10, mine was 7:30 x

Millie this will be such an amazing, life changing thing for you, it will increase your confidence so much. All of us were unhappy with how our natural breasts looked, so wanted to improve our image. I had a slight asymmetry, but yours was a lot more noticeable than mine. It’s just gonna be so wonderful to have boobs that are the same size chick. Made up for you, just got to be patient now and wait for them to heal xxx

And honestly jess I’m not in much pain at all, I’ve swapped from my mya size small bra to an m&s high impact sports bra as my mya one was far too small so got a 36D and they feel much better in this (not sure if I should’ve done this on day1 but I’m so much more comfy) did you have overs or unders? The painkillers they have m helped me sleep last night so I’d deffo stay on top of those I had overs and in my right only 175 so not any pain in that one but left had 325 so in abit of pain there xxx

Oh I’m glad to hear you’re not in too much pain!! I’m probably being a bit of a baby because I’ve hardly had any sleep lol. I’ve had unders so it is to be expected I suppose. I just woke up like oh my god!! Because yesterday was so easy I wasn’t expecting it to be so bad today I think. Im just in strapping until my appointment next week and it isn’t too uncomfortable really, well it’s the least of my worries at the minute put it that way!! Haha.

Noooo I’ve saw many girls on here in absolute agony with unders and majority of girls do have unders so you’re probably just reacting the exact same way!! Xxx

Really happy to of found this thread, my right boob has always been 1/2 a cup size bigger than my left (I wasn’t bothered by it as it wasn’t too drastic) but since having a baby the difference in size is ridiculous and it’s really noticeable now and also has drooped a little whereas my left has stayed the same so I’m opting for surgery in the next couple of months but I was unsure if they would ever look the same size again! Yours look really good post op though, could you keep my updated with how you get on please? As I’ll be in a similar boat and quite nervous about the results! Xx
