Being constantly bugged

Hey girls

I told MYA I have found a Guaranteur for my surgery but that she won’t be able to speak to them until after January, yet the finance team have phoned me almost every single day since I mentioned my guaranteur (before Christmas!).
Did anyone else experience this? I haven’t answered their calls as I know she is too busy to speak to them for a while. Not sure what to think because my PC text me and asked me if I knew more and I explained I can’t sort it out yet but they are STILL calling me.

I didn’t use finance, but I was granted a late payment because I wouldn’t be getting the money I needed to pay them until a month before the op. I told them the date they could expect the money, and I still got quite a few calls asking when they’d be getting it. They said that info wasn’t on my file and would be added, but I had that conversation several times. I didn’t get harassed as often as you did though, I think it was just a couple of oversights in admin.

They have called me everyday since my 1st consultation, I had told my pc that I had other appointments with other places , so I was yet to confirm I would be going with mya. I got calls everyday so in the end I told them not to bug me until I had seen Marion Grob , please don’t bother to call me again I will call them. Might see if I can get se money knocked off for bring harassed 2/3 times aday!! Xx

Yeah amanda, I tried applying for loans but have been rejected from 3 because I have no credit rating as i’ve never used a credit card and don’t own my own house or anything, so looks like financing will be my only option. just now worried this “no credit rating” will effect if they accept me for financing. i have a job, i just never had any form of huge financial committment.

I’m not surprised you told them to stop, nikki! they’ve been so persistant, i’m just not answering their calls until my garanteur says its okay but i also feel bad asking her when she can do it. i just want it done soon while the work period is kind of dead (working in retail) so time off won’t be such a bad thing.
