Hey me again, I am just curious as to how I am meant to sleep after my BA, I have seen so many girls talking about being upright!! Oh my that is going to be tough as I know I literally do acrobats in my sleep and I love sleeping on my front/side. Did anyone buy certain pillows to help? How long is it before you can sleep pretty much how your used to sleeping? I just want to make sure I am prepared for everything my new boobs are going to chuck at me! x

I know a lot of girls on here got V pillows to prop themselves up at nighttime, but I managed just using a few pillows and cushions. I think it was about a week before I started to sleep flat again, but you can kind of manoeuvre yourself into other positions, as long as your boobs are not in any discomfort. You’ll manage, don’t worry. I was dreading the sleeping situation – I sleep on my side/front too, but you can’t really prepare, just got to get yourself comfortable and take each night as it comes! x

How was your recovery overall? Do you mind if I add you? x

I contemplated sleeping downstairs too but I was honestly fine after the first one or maybe two nights! You just get used to it! My recovery has been great. Not had any problems and I don’t even really remember any pain at all now – just being a bit uncomfortable more than anything! I don’t mind at all – add away x
