    Hello 🙂

I have my first consultation on Saturday, Obviously I will know more then but after reading LOTS of posts on here about peopler struggling with recovery, (no sleep can’t move etc) I am looking to hopefully have my op so I’m recovered and ready to go on holiday to Jamaica early july next year, is there a set time before your allowed abroad? Also does everybody respond differently to the op? Im unable to take time off work so my aim was to get my op over a bank holiday weekend maybe get it done on a friday and go back on the tues or weds? do you think its possible?

    Million questions sorry! :L

Hya jess u have to see the nurses 7 days after your op, as they have to check that your incisions are healing properly. Everyone is different overs tend to be easier than unders!
I had overs and was ok from day one, but some girls arnt!
Regarding going in holiday I would def make sure it’s past your 6 week check, also do not let the sun see your incisions as they will heal darker x

Lovely thank you, how long is it till you can do normal things e.g. washing your hair? lol x

It all depends on you really, I’m usually a fast healer and my first op took me weeks to be half normal, I had unders. Iv just had a re-op today with overs, and it’s honestly so much easier, I am so different 🙂 I wouldn’t think going back to work after a few days would be poss, but I feel I’ll be ok for next week (I own my own businesses, so will be doing books while resting)
Flying is two weeks short haul and six weeks long haul xx

Great thanks Joanna, i still don’t understand too much about the unders and overs and what the difference is so doing some research and got my consultation on saturday…i would def want to do it a few months before i go away so they have healed! Is it possible to go home the same day ? xx

It’s a choice your surgeon will make, based on you personally, unders are placed under the first of three layers (they are actually partials, but called unders for ease) and usually for girls with very little breast tissue, overs are placed between your skin and muscle and usually for very saggy, lots of boobs already, and tubular girls. Both create a natural or a fake look, but overs are deffo easier then unders to recover from (touch wood!) xx

Have you got a look or size you would like to be? Xx

I don’t want them to look too natural but not too fake if that makes sense, I’m not sure on size I’m more worried about having a bit more of a cleavage! xx

i was able to wash my hair about 3 days after, unders are meant to be more painful and longer recovery tho x
