best bra to sleep in?

Slept in my M+S zip up one last night but iv put my lonsdale one on after my bath tonight, don’t feel like it gives me as much support tho? Is it best to let them breathe a bit at night or should it b at night when they are all tucked up tight! X

I found the m&s one a bit tight even in the day, it made me feel like I was so packed in, but I could still feel the implant ‘slosh’ about! I wear my reserve medium support tesco bra at night when my preferred macom or tesco high impact is in the wash. Best time to let them rest at night once in a while, especially if you’re still sleeping on your back Hun x

Iv put my m+s back on, my actual boobs felt more comfy in the lonsdale but felt too tight on my incisions. Aaargh its so hard to know what to do for the best! They were making noises before when I was rubbing the marks off! X

I bought one from Primark yesterday cost £6 the best bra I’ve slept in since op xx
