the best ones seem to be either the macom bras (signature or ultimate whichever), the M&S ones and the mya ones x some also have the asda ones for the latter half of the 6 weeks and also i have the hospitalbra as recommended by my surgeon. i tend to use the m&s (like many) for sleeping as its comfier and then the macom for when im out and about as its the most supportive xx
I got 2 macom as I liked the idea of them closing at the front ( great help if you don’t have anyone round to help ) I got the original one and the IX one j think ? But by far the ix one is slot better !! Couldn’t even wear the original one for a day!! The pain it was giving me was crazy !
