best place to get measured?

Hi girls only 5 weeks post op, having my 6 week check with Mr mounir on Tuesday but keen to shop. Have been very wasteful so far with support bras and have a dozen that now don’t fit. Self measuring I’m a 34d (according to online calculator) but these feel like the are pushing me, dd and E bras aren’t meeting my chest wall, what do you suggest? I was 32a pre op x
