Best sports bra????

Hey, what are the best places to get sports bras from for post op?

Shock absorber do some really good ones. Can get them from house of Fraser or debenhams etc xx

I’ve been using a macom and asda zip front up till now (14 days post op) today I got shock absorber ultimate run and it feels 100% more comfy. Proper support and the material is so soft for the sensitivities. You need to get measured for these tho. I bought online in my usual back size and large cup size but was completely wrong, got measured today and now I feel great xxx

Thanks girls, where would be the best place to get measured?

I got a 3 pack on EBay £6. Apparently antibacterial and ‘breathable’ material. 100% comfort. Hopefully will be ok, we’ll see lol. If not atleast I didn’t pay loads xx

I got one shockabsorber online from Next and one Macom one. Both front fastening 🙂 xo

I never realised how expensive sports bras can actually be lol. I’ve got Dr Traynor and have heard on the forum he doesn’t use strapping so I am really worried about the sports bra situation I can’t really afford to buy 2 expensive bras :s

Girls with shock absorbers I’m looking to buy one now but have no clue what size to buy because I don’t know what I’ll be post op!? Did you get larger to accommodate swelling? X

Hey huni I got all mine pre op just in to debhams and get fitted up and go up a back size xx
