I know it’s gonna sound strange but my pc recommended cheap one from Asda . Apparently £3-4 and does the job. Xx

The cheaper ones are fine as long as they sit below your incisions. I had a Royce bra and recommend them but they aren’t everbodys favourite. Good luck girls xx

Iv heard good things about the marks and spencers zip front bra. Its 22.50 but I think that’s reasonable ffor all the use u will get out of it. My op is next wednesday so I’ll give more opinions then :p iv also bought some lonsdale ones, some really heavy duty gym bras that I can’t remember the make of, and the asda ones! X

the m and s ones are great and the lonsdale ones are good too from sports direct, they are 2 for £12 and they are lower neck lines so u can still wear vests and stuff

Hey megan! Do the lonsdale ones sit below the scar? I keep looking at them and thinking they don’t go far enough down? Also they r ‘over-the-head’ ones, did u struggle getting it on? X

I didn’t think there’d b much support in the longsdale ones as they r just thin cotton. But thought they would be ok for sleeping? I hate wearing too much in bed as I sweat buckets lol! X

I have got the m and s zip up sports bra, sits well below the scar and very comfortable, just be careful with the size you get, I was advised to go one size up, but be sure to get a bigger under bust measurement than advised as mine was much too small, even the nurse looked shocked when she came to put it on me, just been out one day post op to get next size up, so much better now.
