Best sports bra for working out

What do you girls recommend is the best sports bra for doing cardio in? These are all m and s ones. I bought the zip one but didn’t find it very supportive, I think I need a smaller size. Not sure if the other ones will be better without the zip. Thanks xx

I wear a sports bra all day and night to keep my boobs well supported x I got mine from a company called wiggle they do plenty of colours too I have a orange , orange multi, and a black sporty one they are so comfy x glad I found them as I can’t find underwire that’s comfortable xx

Sounds silly but I have just hit 7 weeks so getting back to it and I’m so conscious of them moving I have the m and s high impact and then wear another generic sports bra over the top and that feels pretty good. Ild wear 3 if I didn’t feel such an idiot! I think we’re all probably over cautious mind and they could move a little xx

@stacey I got a shock absorber one from the online shop called Wiggle as someone else has mentioned. There’s been loads of good reviews about the shock absorber And a lot of girls on here rate them too. I haven’t run in it yet but just bouncing on the spot they don’t move an inch! Lol one thing id advise though is if you get one make sure you go up a back size as they are small fitting on the back xx

I just got the M&S high impact ones, two pack one black and one white. Fastens at the back. They are very ugly looking lol but the nurse recommended these ones especially for the gym cause she said the MYA ones wouldn’t be any good for the gym. They were £29.50 for two. Xx
