best thing to put on scar girlies?

2 months 1 week post op wondering what I can put on my scars haven’t put anything on as yet x

I was using bio oil/ then cocoa oil by palmers, and nothing drastically helped. Iv started using dermatix gel .. Only about a weeke ago though so we’ll see xx

Mederma is AMAZING. It’s a US product, you can get it on ebay or amazon, I scar really badly and mine are looking pretty well! I know ladies who don;t scar as badly as me have really good results very quickly. x

I’ve heard vitamin e caps are good. I’ve heard you cut them open and rub the gel on them x

Kelo-cote, it’s normally for keloid scarring but apparently you can put it on normal scars, you can get it from the chemist but it it quite pricy x

Hi girls, i have my op booked for Monday 8th and worried about Keloids. My Cesarean scar from last year is getting progressively worse, does anyone know of anything i can use on my current scar and also on my BA scar. Does massage help already existing scars??

I have also heard that Bio oil is sufficient for normal skin and it did wonders for my baby bump, I have absolutely no stretch marks on my stomach after twins and only a few puberty related ones on my flanks.
