Big boobs before ..

Does anyone have any before/afters.
I’m an empty D at the minute and have been offered 450-485HP.
I haven’t seen anyone with similar sizes and its making me nervous!

I am 34C (34C/D) on one side… And they’re not empty… just lacking upper volume. I have, what I consider to be biggish boobs! I am having my op next Tuesday. 450cc in the smaller (or 425cc, he’s going to see on the day, although I don’t think there’s that bigger difference) and 500cc on the smaller. I am 5’8 and a size 10. Im simlar too you then but I’m about 5″6.
I wouldn’t say mine were empty hut he offered me an uplift so i just asumed they were. Its profile I’m going for rather than size but I’m scared I’ll wake up and they’ll be the size of my head ????.
As long as they look amazing bra less I shouldn’t complain really x
