Big day is in 7 days time! Few questions…

I’m so excited but starting to work out the finer details of how it’s all gonna go, how long roughly will it take? I’m having 270-300cc round overs. My fiancé said about just seeing me off and then not visiting again til later on (I have to stay in overnight) but I sort of want him there for when I wake up! I’ve had loads of operations before but I don’t like the idea of waking up on my own…or is the pain relief that good that I won’t really notice?
