Bigger sized ladies with small boobs

I haven’t seen many bigger sized women with before and after pictures. I’m interested to see if there’s any size 14-18 ladies who had small breasts(or tubular) and what cc they went for/HP/round or teardrop. Any pics would be super helpful!

My surgery is next week. I am size 14, 5ft 2, 12st 4.

I have tubular breast, currently a a/d cup.
I am having moderate plus, round implants over the muscle with intrinsic release

My surgeon recommended 275cc implants for me due to size and stretch of my breasts
