Bigger than the other ????

Hey I know Ive got a lot of fluffing and dropping but need advise. Below is a picture I have just taken and put into a collage. After surgery my boobs were the same now the left has dropped. It has been the most painful boob and numb nipple. My right boob has been fine and still have sensation. I have no more pain, off the painkillers just feeling very tight. Help ????????????

Hi Hun how is the unevenness going? How many days post op are you? I’ll try attach some pics of mine at 5,6,7 and 10 days post op which shows how the unevenness has settled…hope this reassures you ☺️
