Hey girls, so im booked in for my opp on Saturday !! Im a bikini competitor/weight lifter literally live in the gym! Anyone else in similar position or goes gym regularly? Ive put my membership on medical freeze for the whole of October just to make sure im not tempted to go haha- how long until everyone was back at the gym? and did anyone do anything during recovery? Im thinking of getting some ankle strap weights and walk to and from work haha.
Also has anyone been a really tiny AA cup (like me) and having 300 tear drop shape under? Can you share pics if possible, just wana get an idea of what sort of size theyll go and how the skin will stretch haha because i wanted a D cup!

I’m a bikini competitor been advised 8 weeks no weights going to kill me ha will literally start off slow cycling then do ISO moves an body weight moves for legs then work my way back up to upper body by the 8 week mark I think and I was tiny I had no boobies now got 425 cc unders. I was at Fitzroy they are great! And the food they have a healthy menu or they will give you tea and toast depends on night or day case xxx

Haha I know right! Literally told her are you sure and she was just like yes 8 weeks nothing I don’t want any weights so on my next check up will ask about introducing slow cardio in an then just see about light leg movements ha she’s so going to say no but I can’t cope without it. Xxx
Yeah im sure cardio is fine, like walking on an incline or using a bike/ stepper machine? haha cant be any harm in doing like lunges or hamstring curls, donkey kicks etc as its literally just moving your bottom half!
Yeah I know a few bikini girls that have had them and been straight back into it without any problems really even one that was 8 weeks out an competed after it so can’t be too bad!! You having unders or overs? When’s your op? Xxx
Omg haha 8 weeks out!! I wouldnt risk it haha, im having unders because im like an AA haha, no skin nothing. Its tommorow morning 🙂 xx
I’m a kick boxer and I was told 4-6 weeks before I can punch / press ups etc. I’m 4 weeks post op Monday and its is killing me. I feel week as a kitten. I had overs due to the kickboxing as the surgeon said unders would be grabbed by the muscle every time I flexed and could give a funny shape???? I’m going to go back week 5 and just do legs, and not try push-ups or proper punching until after my 6 week check up

@courtneydblack Just be careful you don’t overdo it or go back to exercising too early because apparently even “vigorous sex” can cause capsular contraction haha x
Hi …I do obstacle course racing and lots of HIIT training….I’m 11 days post op and will be taking 8 weeks out….believe me you will realise how impossible it is…..my mules tighten just when I get cold and the pain is quite nasty. I would really take their advice and wait 8 weeks..if you don’t turn after care warrenty will be affected also. Good luck for you op x
