Bikinis

Hi ladies
I’m 4 months post op and about to have my first holiday in the sun with the Girls! I thought buying bikinis would be heaven but I’m finding it a bit troublesome.
Cos implant boobs are a bit harder and higher, I’m struggling to find a shape that suits. The bandeau ones sort of sit on top, and i look a bit ridiculous in string ones.
I’m measuring 32DD/30E and need to find somewhere that sells something that doesn’t look like something my Grandma would wear 😉
Any suggestions?!

Hi Ellie 🙂 sorry I can’t help with bikinis but just wondered if I could add you as I think we may be similar size? I’m having my BA tomorrow and having 300cc unders, I’m currently a 30A, minus a bit as I’m not quite an A haha 🙁 I may have the bikini problem soon as I’m going on holiday in 7 weeks so it would be good to see what shape you find best and where from etc! xx

Hi Boo and Chelsey, yep, will accept you both now.
Boo – I was a 32A, had 365 unders and I’m now a 30E, but they look more like a D. Will let you know how I get on! Good luck tomorrow 😉

Ive found the same prob Ellie. Im 4 months po and going on hols a week saturday.
Best bikini Ive found so far, by miles, is from M&S. I cant find it on their website but pretty sure its still in store. Better than my bras!
Like you, bandeau ones dont work and string ones I just dont feel comfortable in.

I got mine from versions places and got size 16/18 tops which were bandeau ones.. Try new look bank river island topshop and accessorize! Xx

hi ladies my holiday aint till august but when i was clothes shoppin other day couldnt resist tryin the bikinis on just to see what they look like i ended up tryin a size 16 triangle bikini top on as barely covered the nips lol i was like wow as i m normally a size 8 i found that the kelly brook and caprice ranges from new look were ok, moulded cups work best xx

Hey Ellie, have you tried Bravissimo or Debenhams? Both cater for the larger bust 🙂 can’t wait for bikini shopping! X
