Bio oil

Hi ladies
Was wondering when to start using bio oil? I know they say 6 weeks but my scars look fine, my left is still very bruised but my right is looking clear and scars arnt red at all?
Did anyone start earlier than 6 weeks?

Heya, i am nearly 4wpo and after seeing my nurse a week ago she said i could start using bio oil on my right boob as the scar was healed enough. My left boob was a little more scabby so been told to wait another 2 weeks for that one.

I used vitamin E oil from the holland and Barrett shop xx

I would just send the pics to your nurse and ask her advice. I put bio oil on my boobs from 7 days as wanted no stretch marks but I avoided incisions until 6 weeks. Xx
