Bio oil and sleeping on side!!??

Heyy, I only thought last night but iv been sleeping on my side since about 1 week post op.. An I allowed to do this?? :/ and iv just started using bio oil 4 weeks post op tomorrow but I have been avoiding my scars. When can I put it on them too?xxx

Hiya Heidi. I’m the same, started sleeping on my side about 10 days post op an just started bio oil at nearly 4 weeks. I think it’s about 6-8 weeks post op when you cam put it on ur scars too, ur nurse can give u the ok on ur 6 week check xx
