Bio oil + massaging????

Hi ladies I am 4 weeks post op tomorrow, when can I start using bio oil on my boobies + when is it okay to start massaging them? X

They advice six weeks before you apply any sort of fluids to the scars until you ate given the all clea at your six week post op! They will advice suitable massages at that point!:) hang on in there for a couple of weeks xx

You can start using bio oil generally around your boobs straight away, just avoid your scars:) x

Thanks ladies, have got some ready, just wasn’t sure when I could start using it x x

i’ve been rubbing just on top of boobs avoiding underneath for now x
