Birmingham clinic

Anyone having trouble getting in touch with their PC? Soon as I’ve paid my deposit all the communication has disappeared, emailed and text but no reply ?

I had this problem with birmingham clinic, took me about 3days to get through, they’re not the best at keeping in contact there which is frustrating.. Who’s your pc? Xx

Amanda, she was constantly texting me before I paid my deposit ? Soon as I’ve paid and asked for something, no reply!

That’s mine too, she’s so nice etc, i understand if she’s busy but they should let us know if there’ll be a delay with replies…

01216475270 is the direct number if you don’t have it already. My communications via Birmingham weren’t very good once I’d paid either! The staff at the London hospital and my surgeon has made up for it though- thankfully!

my PC never calls me back lol. To be fair though, I usually just call into the main reception and one of the other girls sorts things out for me x

I’ve also had these kinds of problems with the Birmingham clinic. Used to contact me all the time until I paid for my surgery and now it’s difficult to get in contact with my PC. I usually leave lots of voicemails ha xx

Hi, I also found it difficult to get in touch with anyone at the Birmingham branch, after not being able to contact them via the phone i emailed my nurse and got a few replies. I also found when they wanted my notes from my doctors it wasn’t sending properly, so it took over a week to get sorted out. I can’t wait not to have to contact them to be honest. I feel like anyone would have anxiety about what ever procedure they are having and it would make them more anxious if they can’t contact there PC or nurse.

I’m the same, I have Amanda as well I email her and she takes days or just doesn’t bother getting back to me and she’s always off even when I had an app with her I ended up seeing someone else x
