Blister in nose after rhino – bit worried

I went to see the nurse today just to check all my stiches had been removed – I thought I had a bit of swelling in my left nostril but she said it looked more like a blister from where the stitch had been inflamed. I’m a little bit worried because I’ve done the dreaded google search and apparently this is not normal and may need to be drained? It may also be a sign of infection 🙁 Has anyone else experienced this?
