BLOATED!! Please tell me it goes down?!

Hi everyone,
Had my op last Thursday so only three days PO but I have the worst bloating! I literally look six months pregnant and even my legs look huge. I’ve been moving around as much as possible and stopped taking the Co codomol. Did anyone else experience this? X

Hi Kaye I had my op on Monday 1st so I’m 2 weeks post op tomorrow and I had terrible bloating! It only really started to go down once I stopped taking the prescribed pain killers from the hospital … I’ve only gained 1.4 pound since the op but my belly like yours looked about six months pregnant! Hopefully now you’d stop taking the tablets it’ll settle more for you! Xx

Hi Kaye, I’m 4dpo and I still look a good 8 months pregnant!! It’s completely normal but very annoying! I’ve heard moving about and peppermint tea are good for getting it down xx
