Everyone feels bloated it’s normal! Not nice at all though. Some girls give laxatives a go. Other than that, plenty of fluids and oranges! Xx

Lots of water and fruit, berries and veg! So called Poop Food : pears, peaches, prunes, spinach, kale, oatmeal, yoghurt, flaxseed and many more. Just try and drink loads of water and eat as healthy as you can, make a smoothie or a freshly squeezed juice, maybe try a laxative if it’s been more than a few days. I’m 5 days PO and haven’t had any problems with bloating xxx

Just remembered, canned peaches help too! Xxx
