Bloatedness

How long will I be bloated for… I literally look 5 months pregnant it’s horrible, trying to eat lots of fibre and drink loads of water as that’s what my nurse suggest but just want it gone already ????????????????

I am still pretty bloated 11 days after surgery and it’s really getting me down. It has gone down slightly a few days against was so bad that my belly button actually popped out like it did when I was pregnant!
Apparently it’s a combination of the medication and fluid from the swelling on your breasts moving down your body! You just have to wait for it to pass unfortunately
