BLOATING!

11 days post op. and Oh My God… I am soooooo bloated.
What is it that causes this? I thought it was the medication, and I stopped all tablets on day 7, so assumed my tum would’ve started going down by now.. but it’s not budged any 🙁 I look 3 months pregnant, so hard and pertruding!!
Did you suffer with bloating? How long for? Any quick remedies? xx

Aww man I,m dreading this!!!!!!! I suffer with bloating anyway I’m going to be like a whale! Do u think laxatives may help? And plenty of water? X

Thats a thought, maybe laxatives will work.
I’m going to try them, anything is worth a try, I look like a teletubby in my onesie xx

This isnt a normal public thing to say… but my painkillers made me constipated for 8days and even then I had to take laxatives, my stomach was so bloated and hard! Ive heard before its quite comon xx

Ok at day 7 now and I never get constipated ever! The painkillers will make you extremely constipated, laxatives didnt touch me but OMG Prune juice works a treat and will make you go and stop you bloating but make sure you drink plenty of water! I feel so much better after having a glass a day . Make sure you get it not from concentrate tho . Good luck xx
