Bloating??

How long after you come off codeine does the bloat go? I still need codeine d5po 🙁 and the bloat is really getting me down!

Same here, im 13 days now and my belly litterly looks huge! 🙁 i look pregnent! Dont lnow what to do! Cant stand peppermint tea. 🙁 x

I’m 8DPO, haven’t taken any codeine for 6 days and still so bloated. Charcoal tablets and peppermint tea, I hate the tea too. xx

Coconut water’s meant to be good for reducing bloating. Or try Activia yoghurts to make you go toilet as that might help too? Xx
