Hey girls! I don’t know if this is something to actually be concerned about but it’s playing on my mind. I’m quite small framed size 6ish and struggle to keep weight on. At my surgeon consultation I was given a max of 340cc (high profile overs) as I had just about adequate breast tissue- around a B cup apparently. Since then though I think I’ve lost a few pounds and have noticed my boobs seem even smaller! So just wondering if the surgeon could change his mind and want to use smaller implants or something? Or even postpone my op? I don’t want to go all the way to highgate for him to tell me I can’t have it!

Also can they refuse surgery based on your BMI? Mines about 17 at the moment x

I don’t think that would postpone sue to your bmi if it is 17 as a healthy bmi is between 18 – 22 so you’re only just under it.
Are you seeing your surgeon again before your op? X

Thanks! I’m really hoping not, I’m just more concerned that he’ll decide I no longer have enough breast tissue to take 340cc. No I’m not booked in to see him again, do you think I should? X

When I lose weight my boobs get saggier so more breast tissue (well before the ba) so it should be ok but maybe your different.. Either way still within a healthy range .. 🙂 x

Haha, Oh good! Maybe it’s boob fat I’ve lost instead then. I just really don’t want him to have to use a smaller size! Thanks so much for the reassurance xx
