Boob dropping advice!!

Hi !

I am 9 days post op and know my boobs have alot of settling to do but wondering

How can I help them drop?
Will dropping make me have more projection?
How long until they drop?

I had 295 partials medium profile

Hi hun im 3 weeks post op tomorrow and and one of mine hasnt dropped properly yet so give them time. They may drop and fluff so you will have a bit more oomphhh in them if you know what i mean lol
