Boob feelings numb

His girls so I’m almost 5 weeks post op and my boobs still really weird…it’s as if. I can feel fluid in them when I move but it’s only when I take the out of a bra? Maybe I just need to get used to the feeling of boobs? they are so strange to touch like numb but sensitive at the same time?! Is this normal? :/

I had this problem but just with left boob I just my ice pack onit everyday and the numbness has been lifting I’m also 5 weeks po x
