boob job, uplift and dr mileto

hi everyone
bit of a long one but wondered if any of you could help or relate. i went to my surgeon consultation last week and was told that basically because my boobs are so small [32a] they advise i get an uplift of my nipples as well so they would sit nice with the implants apparently. obvs a bit worrying as no longer a simple incision anymore. wondered if anyone had been through anything similar?
what also didnt build my confidence was the extreme rushyness, i must have been out in under 5 minutes. i wasnt 100% certain on the size of the implants and wasnt encouraged to try more than the one on. no conversation about what shape of implants i would have either and before i knew it i was out and told to sit in reception. thought i would be called back in to have another conversation with Dr Mileto but that was literally it. wondered how other experiences of their consultation went down or if anyone has had Dr Mileto in particular?

Hi, I was previously as flat as an Irioning board and I didn’t have my nipples lifted. I also had mr mileto and he was great! I spent around and hour with him talking things through and trying numerous implant sizes, if your are unhappy you should speak to your PC – explain you felt your appointment with the surgeon was rushed, your feeling unsettled etc and get another appointment booked with mr mileto. I strongly suggest you don’t go ahead with a size you not 100% happy with!!! – I had 450cc high profile, under the muscle, so a bit different to your surgery however I hope this helps a little ☺️

Hey Liv, thanks for getting in touch!! So strange how different our experiences have been. He did seem professional and confident in what he was talking about, when i said i will have to think about the uplift maybe he wrote off the rest of the consultation off on that basis? Spoke to PC who has invited me in to the local clinic to try implants on with her but i just don’t think I will feel assured without speaking to him directly. It seems as though that was my only chance with him. Did you see him again after your first consultation and before surgery?
The implants i tried on were 350cc and felt abit small plus i read somewhere on here that apparently you lose some cc when they are placed under the muscle which mine would be put too. I’m hoping for a full C/D. How big have 450cc taken you and are the scars healing okay?x

Hi! No problem, yes seems abit odd. Maybe when you have you appointment with you PC you can really explain that your not going to feel confident to go ahead with the surgery without seeing him again! Maybe he can explain why you would need your nipples moved and reassure you about things. At the end of the day it’s a lot of money to pay and a lot to go through to not be happy with the result and also to trust the person who is going to be performing the surgery on you is important! – I only seen him once before my surgery date, which I was happy with as I spent around an hour like I said going over things and what not. And yes I think you do loose some cc going fully under the muscle, however I haven’t been measured but have tried on a D and it was tiny for me lol also tried on an E and it fit perfectly ?? I will still get measured at some point but am not allowed to wear an underwire bra for around 6 months anyway. And my scars are healing very well ☺️ Xx

I had an uplift with implants 13 weeks ago and I saw my surgeon 3 times before surgery as I was undecided on size.. my surgeon was dr Giannas and he said I could see him as many times as I liked if it made me feel happy with my decision.

Hi I was 32AA and only wanted a natural look, I got 200cc implants and I’ve gone to a B/C which is perfect. I had Dr Mileto and he was absolutely fantastic I couldn’t reccomend enough
