Boob 'sunk' and FINANCE

I’m going back to see the nurse tomorrow after my right one has ‘sunk’. The inner side of the boob has literally disappeared. However I have a lovely bulge on the outside. I never requested side boob!

Also, does anyone know if you already have finance taken out, can you apply for more.
I’m wanting another procedure but don’t know if I can now or have to wait? X
